The D.M.Keith team started their journey with Get the Edge in early 2020, Jon and the team have helped start the D.M.Keith Academy of Excellence. Providing a structured approach to people development through their fun experiential programmes, Get the Edge have provided pathways for Sales, Service, Parts, Leadership and Management.

In 2023 the business embarked on a Future Stars and Emerging Leaders programme, the academy goes from strength to strength.
In 2021, West Way Nissan's Managing Director, Jon Roberts appointed Get the Edge to deliver a Management Development programme across all of their Dealership Managers. The business wanted something different, beyond normal corporate training. The Get the Edge team designed a series of modules to help change culture, build engagement and break down Silo's.
In 2022 The senior leadership team embarked on Get the Edge's unique 21st Century Leadership programme, engaging hearts and minds in all they serve.
In the latter part of 2022, Get the Edge were contacted by partners, Crux Careers to develop a Management Development programme for the Yorkshire based Lettings and Estate Agency, Manning Stainton.
The programme consisted of a blended learning approach with 4 face to face days and 6 zoom sessions
In 2022 Alloy Bodies of Manchester reached out to the team at Get the edge, to help lead their managers through a Management Development Programme.
The Alloy Bodies team joined other automotive clients in a shared journey that involved face to face development, 1:1 Coaching calls and access to Get the Edge's E-Live on-line academy containing 350 courses.
In 2021 Allen Motor Group approached Get the edge to deliver a cultural change journey. This resulted in the senior leadership board attending a tailored development programme. This was cascaded down to the regional management team and finally on to the dealership management teams.
The programme comprised of a blended learning approach, face to face modules, 1:1 coaching from the experienced Leadership and well-being expert, Lisa Davies and finally access to E-Live Get the Edge's on-line academy.
In 2023 the team at Motorfinity joined Lisa from Get the Edge at an Inspire day at Hill Holt Wood.

2019 - Nissan approached us to deliver to their dealer management teams a programme around Situational Leadership.
Situational leadership is an adaptive leadership style. This strategy encourages leaders to take stock of their team members, weigh the many variables in their workplace and choose the leadership style that best fits their goals and circumstances. In the words of leadership theorist Ken Blanchard, “In the past a leader was a boss. Today’s leaders can no longer lead solely based on positional power.”
In 2023, the Get the edge team had the privilege to work with one of the countries leading Estate Agents, delivering a series of sales and management courses.

CGL provide help and support to adults, children, young people and families. their services cover a wide variety of areas including health and wellbeing, substance use, mental health, criminal justice, domestic abuse and homelessness.
The CGL team use our personality profiling toolkit to help them grow and develop as a team. In 2018 we delivered a team communication day to their office in Birmingham
Charles Robinson M.D. of Estate and Lettings Agency, Jones Robinson have appointed the Get the Edge team to deliver a series of management development modules. All of which are designed to improve the ability of the managers to elevate results and performance to new levels in 2023.

Our partnership with Northside Truck and Van started back in 2011, where we were involved with some initial consultancy work. Since then we have been delighted to be partners in the strategic development of the staff at the company.
Our involvement has seen us deliver a senior directors leadership programme, our emerging leaders programme, a culture and strategy development day, a vision and values session.
The senior leadership team participated in our unique, Road to there visioning day, helping guide the strategic thinking and business strategy for 2019.
