In the latter part of 2022, Get the Edge were contacted by partners, Crux Careers to develop a Management Development programme for the Yorkshire based Lettings and Estate Agency, Manning Stainton.
The programme consisted of a blended learning approach with 4 face to face days and 6 zoom sessions
