Unfortunately the franchise I now work for uses its own training academy.
However if I was in a financial position to do so, I would pay out of my own pocket (which being a 'careful' Yorkshireman is saying some't!) for a Get the Edge course.

Hi Jon,
I thoroughly enjoyed the course and it has given me a massive
understanding of what makes the sales guys tick, Which I am sure is
going to be one of the most useful weapons I now have to use.
The coaching skills that you taught us are so simple yet when practiced
and actioned properley are very very effective I have already had
several discussions with the sales team and using the techniques you
showed us has alowed me to gather more information than i would normally
get.
Very Intense couple of days but thoroughly enjoyable and would
reccomend to any manager.
I thoroughly enjoyed the course and it has given me a massive

I decided that I wanted to follow my life long dream of becoming a Sales Executive in the motor industry, I finally made that dream come true with a small Suzuki dealership.
The company sent me on a training course with Get the Edge, I can truly say that these guys turned my sales, my results and me around.
They challenged the way that I dealt with customers on a day to day basis,
I learnt everything from start to finish, from following a process to learning body language, understanding how my feelings and emotions and thoughts drive my behaviour, either I choose a winning one or a losing one, either way I choose, no-one else.
In this job we have a bad name that stretches back years they taught me how to avoid conflict and to focus and deliver what the modern day buyer expects and demands.
I am not just saying this for fun its a hard 5 days with these guys but you learn how to actually sell rather than be lucky ... before I attended Sales Process Get the Edge I was only selling a few cars, but not where I needed to be or where I wanted to be ...when I got back to work after the 5 days I sold 65% more than I had been selling. My career had really begun.
I have now had the opportunity to move to join a large Ford dealership, it was during my recent interview that some of the questions being asked, made me realise, just where my career really took off. With that in mind I personally wanted to thank both Jon and Steve for all their inspirational guidance over the past few years.
All I can say is try it for yourself, as soon as you can, and see first hand the great results you can get ......become the best, achieve your real potential

As you are aware we won 2 awards last week at the AM Awards and it goes without saying that we are extremely proud of our achievement in winning National prizes.
The Award categories were – Aftersales Operation of the Year and Best Marketing.
Considering we are based in rural Northumberland with a population of 8500 people we feel it is a fantastic achievement especially when you take into consideration the high standard of competition we were up against.
It does go to show what can be achieved with dedication, focus and motivation.
We have always strived to provide the highest levels of service and customer care through loyalty programmes, customer retention initiatives, Value for Money and above all personal touch and now to be recognised for this is especially gratifying.
I would personally like to thank both yourself and Steve for your role in helping us achieve these Awards.
As you know I am a keen advocate of your training and try to implement a lot of your idea’s into the business.
One of the Awards we won was for Best Marketing.
If you remember we took a hard look at our marketing capabilities a couple of years ago and I attended your Marketing course.
This made me realise how much we could improve and how much more we could do to drive the business forward.
Upon return from the course I presented the idea’s to our management team and we all agreed we needed a person to fully focus on this side of the business and the benefits it would provide. We also realised that we did not have the skill set or talent in the business at that point.
We then employed Susan – our Marketing Manager, and have gone from strength to strength ever since – culminating in our award.
If I had not attended the Training with the idea’s and formulae’s you suggested I am not sure we would have been collecting our award.
As with all of your courses that I and my team have attended over the years, we always come away with fresh ideas and solutions, initiatives that can be easily implemented into the business and also re-invigorated as they are always delivered with enthusiasm and vigour.
I hope you will keep on delivering up to date material that can be used every day and look forward to attending your Leadership course in the near future where I can develop my learning and skills further.
Thanks once again to you and Steve for all your help and guidance over the years and for the future, it is greatly appreciated.
