In 2011 we launched our new on site coaching package, designed to take your team to the next level in all areas of their business objectives.
The "best of the best" use coaching and mentoring and the methods utilised to stay at the top of their game and now we offer you the same techniques.
The program starts by gathering specifc data on the current performance of the team and the individual. Once gathered our software creates a personalised business plan for each member of your sales team based around their own annual income goals. After the first month, the software highlights the areas that should be focused on for that one individual in terms of skill development, formation of habits, attitudinal issues and finally their task activity levels.
The program works on a monthly onsite visit that last's circa one hour with each participant, your sales funnel and our unique software provides the basis of the consultation. Each sales person involved is tasked with a series of objectives that must be completed before the next coaching session. Ideas, techniques and tips are shared by ourselves to help drive the change within each participating employee.
A person selling 8 cars a month will not magically all of a sudden be capable for selling 25 without some form of shift in their behaviours, competency and attitude. Our program focuses on embedding the required skill set, creating positive useful habits and rejuvinating and energising those who are under performing within the team.
New recruits, "A" players or the cynics amongst the team all benefit from the monthly interaction. Rest assured urgency, focus and drive is created in all those who particpate.
